Julie Jurgens will talk about her experience working with schools as the School Services Coordinator for Arlington Heights Memorial Library. Learn about the variety of ways that schools and libraries can partner together to offer more dynamic services to students. After, Rachael Dabkey, Head of Youth Services, and Laura Goldsborough, Youth Services Librarian, will talk about the exciting services the La Grange Public Library currently offers to schools. Refreshments will be provided.
This program is open to teachers, school administration, and both school and public librarians and/or paraprofessional staff. Registration is encouraged but drop-ins are welcomed.
